Whiterock is borne from a strategic merger of two prominent project marketing firms – Braxton Capital and Advent Property Solutions.

The Directors of Whiterock have been responsible for the marketing strategies and strategic launches of premium developments nationally – with an emphasis on the Eastern Seaboard of Australia (Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane), over the last 10 years.

They fully immerse themselves in each project, are hands on and personally responsible for the management and initiation of sales and marketing strategies for all projects undertaken.

Each has shown considerable strength in an advisory capacity to national developers and have sold over $2 billion in new developments.

Andrew Donnelly | CEO

Co-founder of Whiterock with substantial experience in development, funding, architecture and marketing, mainly responsible for acquisitions. Andrew has worked closely with many of the leading property developers in Australia and New Zealand and delivered pre-sales in excess of AUS$2billion over the last 15 years. In London Andrew advised clients such as UBS, Barclays and Shell on business transformations and launching new products into markets across Europe. In Sydney Andrew built up and sold a property development underwriting business to a Private Equity-led consortium, and has successfully run the project advisory group Whiterock Capital for the last 10 years. Andrew holds an MBA from UNSW (AGSM) and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Durham University, UK.

Munro Donen | Sales Director

Co-founder of Whiterock Capital Partners with 20 years of experience in Australia that spans critical areas of real estate wealth creation. Munro moved to Sydney after operating a highly successful commercial real estate business in South Africa for 14 years and after a period of working in London’s property market. Whilst employed by a financial planning group he managed the property investment needs of over 2,000 medical professionals across Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane. He then went on to work with a number of property development firms, overseeing the distribution of a multi billion dollar national property portfolio. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree and is a fully Licensed Real Estate Agent in Sydney and Brisbane and has personally been involved in c.200 residential units sales per annum across the Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane markets over the last 20 years.
Odele Smith

Odele Smith | Managing Director

Co-founder of Whiterock with experience in start-ups, operations, management and oversight with key responsibility for planning, direction and critically, execution. Property industry experience and relationships in Australia span 22 years and include roles in national expansion and groundwork for exchange listing with developers of multi-mullion $ portfofolio (incl. Westpoint in conjunct with Boston Consulting Group) and strategic planning / executive positions with major corporations. Prior that that, Odele worked in the UK for a number of multi-nationals (Seagram UK, BSkyB, Maxat – JV with France Telecom and Robert Maxwell) in international marketing and operations. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (BComm) from Curtin University, WA.
